Refund and Return Policy for River City EV Charging

Thank you for choosing River City EV Charging for your purchase. We strive to provide the highest quality products and services to our valued customers. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have established the following refund and return policy:
1. Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to accept return requests.
2. Return Authorization (RA) Request:
To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) from our company. Please contact our customer service team at the following:

Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with an RA number. This RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.
3. Return Eligibility:
– Defective Product: If the item you received is defective, you may request a return regardless of its condition. Please contact us immediately upon discovering the defect and we will guide you through the return process.
– Non-Defective Product: If the item is not defective, it must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and promotional materials included with the product must also be returned in their original condition.
4. Return Process:
Once you have received your RA number, please follow these steps to complete the return process:
– Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
– Include all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials that were originally provided.
– Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

5. Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following:
– Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
– Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products.
6. Exceptions:
The following items are not eligible for return:

– Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
